ATTORNEY PROFILE
Rachel Possinger is a native of the Pocono Mountains in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. She attended the Pennsylvania State University where she received her B.A. in Letters, Arts and Sciences, the Social and Behavioral Sciences Option, and a minor in Science, Technology and Society. Participating in a full-year exchange, she studied social anthropology at the University of Manchester, England. While there, she participated in the annual Philosophy Retreat at the University of Nottingham.
Upon graduation, through the British Universities North America Club, she was employed as an editorial assistant at The Economist Intelligence Unit in London, England. She then moved to New York City where she, as a former ballet dancer, negotiated new contracts and managed sales accounts for Gaynor Minden, Inc.
A graduated of Widener School of Law, Rachel studied Human Rights Law in Geneva, Switzerland. She clerked at Werb & Sullivan in Wilmington, Delaware where she worked primarily in business law, bankruptcy, trusts, and estates.
Rachel is admitted in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the Chester County Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
